1. RETURN POLICY
We warrant the workmanship of our products against material or manufacturing defects for a period of six months or 20,000 kms, whichever comes first. If 6 months have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t accept a return and provide you a replacement.or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, you must provide the invoice that was given to you during the time of purchase. There should also be a valid reason to return an item. We have the right to refuse acceptance to an item return depending on the reason if there is no visible defect.
We will not accept returns if the product was damaged during handling/fixing by outside parties.
Our policy lasts 3 days. If 3 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund. We reserve the right to provide you with a replacement without offering a cash refund.
FOR CREDIT CARD AND DEBIT CARD PAYMENTS
- Please note that refunds can only be made back to the card used to make the payment. Please check your statement after 7 to 10 working days to find your refund.
- A 3% + 150/- Processing charge will be deducted from online payment refunds, if the product was not at our fault.
2. DELIVERY POLICY
- Delivery will be effect soon after your purchase
- Deliveries will be made within Sri Lanka on the following basis:
- Colombo & Greater Colombo delivery will be 2-3 working days
- Delivery Outside Colombo delivery will be 3-4 working days
- In an event you have not received your ordered goods, please Contact Us within seven days.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES UPON DELIVERY
- Please be sure to sign the Delivery Order Note in the presence of the delivery company representative to indicate your delivery has been received.
- Examine your order upon delivery to ensure there are no visible signs of incorrect, missing or damaged items.
- We want to sort out any issues with incorrect, missing or damaged items straightaway. In such instances please retain item(s) including receipt in its original packaging and Contact Us within 48 hours of delivery. All goods will be inspected on return.
- In an instance the product is no longer available we will contact you to advise you of the situation and provide alternative solutions. However, if you decide to cancel, arrangements will be made for a refund.
CONDITION OF GOODS
- We do not accept returns on used and/or physically damaged goods.
